Happy New Year Scrapbooking Card Idea

 

Ingredients:
Platinum Shimmer Cardstock
Wish Specialty Paper
White Cardstock
Scoring Rotary Blade
CCS Circle Patterns
Black Dual-Tip Pen
Black Simple ABC/123 Stickers
Foam Squares
All-Purpose Scissors

How to Create:
Cut a piece of Platinum Shimmer Cardstock to 5-1/2” x 11”. Fold in half.

Cut a piece of Wish pattern paper to 5” square. Adhere as shown.
Cut the Wish green metallic cardstock into 1” strips to create banners. Use the Black Dual-Tip Pen to add stitching. Adhere as shown.

Trim two 2″ x 12″ strips of Wish dandelion pattern paper & score each strip every 1/2″ using the 12-Inch Rotary Trimmer & Scoring Rotary Blade.

Use a generous amount of Precision Point Adhesive on one end of one 12″ strip & adhere both strips together. Let stand for a several minutes until the adhesive has completely dried.

Once dry, fan fold each 1/2″ crease on entire 24″ strip accordion strip.

Add generous amount of Precision Point Adhesive to one end of the 24″ accordion strip.

Fan fold 24″ strip into a circle & adhere opposite ends of strips together. Use a binder clip or two paperclips to hold ends together so adhesive dries consistently. Set aside to dry for a several minutes.

Use Circle Maker to punch a 1-1/4″ circle out of White Cardstock.

Add a generous amount of Precision Point Adhesive the circle.

Fan fold 24″ paper strip into a circle, making sure the center has a small opening. Use thumb to hold together & adhere the 1-1/4″ circle to center of the back of clock. Use fingers to press circle down onto clock to allow adhesive to spread and allow good coverage.

Add the Black Simple ABC/123 Stickers.

Cut the smallest circle possible using the CCS Circle Patterns.

Adhere to the center front of the clock.

Cut the clock hands with the All-Purpose Scissors and adhere. Adhere the Wish epoxy sticker.

Adhere the pinwheel clock to the card as shown.

Computer generate the title on White Cardstock. Add inked edges with the Black Dual-Tip Pen. Adhere with Foam Squares.

Finished Size: 5-1/2 x 5-1/2
