Simply Beautiful Scallop Circle Maker Border

 Ingredients:

Made using Simply Beautiful Designer-Print Paper  and Simply Beautiful Title Stickers those 2 products are discontinued but you can use any of those to replace:

12×12 Paper
Title Stickers
 or Vellum Expressions
White Cardstock
Wavy Tearing Tool 
Tearing Tool 
Scallop Circle Maker
Circle Maker 
All-Purpose Scissors 
Gold Metallic Pen
Silver Metallic Pen
Corner Maker

How to Create:
Cut a 12″ x 3″ strip of the light blue Simply Beautiful Designer-Print Paper. Use the Corner Maker to round the top two corners. Use this as the base.

Using the Wavy Tearing Tool (the side with the large swells) tear along the long side of the green pattern paper, trim to 12″ x 2-1/4″.

Using the regular Tearing Tool, tear the brown pattern paper,12” x 1-1/4″. Adhere the brown piece on top of the green piece, lining up the bottom edges.

Using the All-Purpose Scissors, cut slits in the green paper down to the brown paper. Roll each of the green pieces down with a pen barrel or toothpick as shown in the photo. Adhere to the light blue base.

Adhere the “Adventure” sticker to the right, lining up the sticker’s top edge with the top border edge.

Using the Scallop Circle Maker (without holes) punch a scallop circle from With the yellow striped paper.

Using the Circle Maker, punch a 1-1/2″ circle from the same yellow paper. Adhere the circle on top of the scallop circle, using Foam Squares. Using the Gold Metallic Pen, make dashes around the scallops and the circle. Adhere to the top left side of the border, as shown.

Punch a solid scallop circle from White Cardstock, using the Scallop Circle Maker. Cut the scallop circle in half. Draw dash lines around the edges using the Silver Metallic Pen. Adhere half of the scallop circle to the edge of the border, slightly over-lapping the sun, as shown. Adhere the second scallop half directly over the first half, using Foam Squares.

Cheerful Tone-on-Tone Paper
White Cardstock
Black Cardstock
Cheerful Seasons Cricut Cartridge
Precision Point Adhesive

Not if you do not have the cricut the watermelon can be done like me Watermelon Embellishment idea and for the title use Black Sophisticate ABC 123 Stickers and Black Swirly ABC 123 Stickers

How to Create:
Cut White Cardstock to measure 11 ½ x 2 ½ “.

Cut red paper to measure a 12x 3”.

Adhere the white to the red.

Make your cuts:
For the sentiment “Delicious Summer”
From black cardstock cut 2 inch
cheerful font
and cheerful shapes

For the grass
From two green papers cut four (two of each color), 4 inch strips
* If you are cutting this manually you will have to press stop after you cut the grass so you don’t also cut the mower.
Adhere the grass to the white strip in two layers, starting at the far left.

For the Melons
From the light green paper cut twice, 2 inch shift
From the dark green paper cut twice, 2 inch
From the black cardstock cut twice, 2 inch layer
From the red paper cut twice, 2 inch shift, layer
Put your layers together and attach to the border with Precision Point Adhesive & foam squares
Attach the words “delicious summer” with Precision Point Adhesive

To make that chalk effect use:
Chiffon Vellum (small piece)
Brown Dual-Tip Pen

Classic Beach Stickers or Classic Summer Stickers
Was made with Limited Edition Tropical Vacation Stickers

How to Create:
Cut a piece from Espresso Cardstock to measure 5-3/4″ x 3-3/4″.
Cut a piece from White Cardstock to measure 5-1/2″ x 3″. Use a piece of Vellum paper and the bold side of the Brown dual-tip pen, draw on vellum paper and rub ink vellum on side of cardstock.  Adhere to the Espresso Cardstock.
Use the Tearing Tool to Tearn pieces from the Brown Cardstock to make “sand”. Ink the edges use a piece of Vellum paper and the bold side of the Brown dual-tip pen, draw on vellum paper and rub ink vellum on side of teared cardstock. Adhere to the White Cardstock as shown.
Add stickers as you which.

Custom Cutting System Paradise Border Project Idea

Ingredients:

White Cardstock
Gold Cardstock
Red Cardstock
Green Apple Cardstock
Custom Cutting System Circles
Destination Photo Album Accents
Circle maker
Foam Squares

How to Create:
Trim a 2-1/2″ x 12” strip of White Cardstock and a 2-3/4″ x 12” strip of Green Apple Cardstock. Adhere the white to the green.

Punch 3 smaller circles out of the Yellow Cardstock. Cut them in half and adhere randomly on the border.

For the flowers: Use the medium circle and the red and green blades (on the outside). Cut a red frame. Place a foam square 1/3 of the way down the border. Push 2 opposite red frame edges in to the center and place them on the Foam Square so they stay in place. Use a little extra adhesive on the top of the Foam Square, then repeat with the other 2 opposite edges. The circle should form into the flower shape. Punch a smaller yellow circle and place over the center. Repeat for the second flower.

Place the sentiment sticker on White Cardstock. Trim and mat with Yellow Cardstock.

How to Create:
With the Wavy Tearing Tool tear White Cardstock to 3″ x 12″

Tear the Green Apple Cardstock to 2-3/4″ x 12″ and adhere to the center of the white border.

Using the White Simple Monogram Stickers and your All Purpose Scissors cut around each letter leaving 1/8″ border on the sticker. Peel off the negative and stick it on your cardstock and cut the shape out following the outline of the letter.

Add the Classic Celebration Stickers to the layout with Foam Squares.

Ingredients:

Brown Cardstock
Green Apple Cardstock 
Fabulous Storybox
Beach Watercolor Stickers
Summer Watercolor Stickers
Foam Squares 
Dual-Tip Brown Pen 

How to Create:
Use a 2-1/2” x 12” strip of Brown Cardstock as the base.

Adhere a 2-1/4” x 11-3/4” strip of Green Apple Cardstock to the center of the base.

Using the computer, print “Sweet Summertime” in A Yummy Apology 28 font onto a 2” x 11-1/2” strip of Gratitude green patten paper. Adhere to the center of the Green Apple strip.

Mat a (2) 1-1/2” x 1-3/4” pieces of pink stripe Fabulous paper to (2) pieces of Brown Cardstock. Trim, leaving a thin border on each one. Mat a 1-1/2” x 3” piece of the pink stripe paper to Brown Cardstock. Trim, leaving a thin border. Adhere to the border, as shown.

Using Foam Squares, adhere the Watercolor Stickers to the pink pieces.

Using a Dual-Tip Brown Pen, draw lines around the edge of the green pattern paper.

Reminisce Summer  Scrapbooking Border Idea

 Ingredients:

Reminisce Summer Additions
Rugged Paper Ribbon
Border Maker System
Scallop Stitched Cartridge

How to Create:
Cut a 12″ x 3″ strip out of the orange pattern paper from Reminisce Summer Additions. Use the Border Maker System with the Scallop Stitched cartridge to make a border along the bottom.

Cut a 12″ x 2-1/2″ strip from the blue paper from Reminisce Summer and make the same border with the Scallop Stitched cartridge. adhere to the orange strip lining the straight edges up.

Make a smaller piece of each the orange and blue paper and overlap and adhere as shown.

Cut a 12″ strip of the light brown Rugged Paper Ribbon. Cut the ends as shown. Adhere it to the top of the border making a wave. Adhere the ‘summer’ sticker to the ribbon.

Adhere the flower sticker from Reminisce Summer Additions to the border using Foam Squares.

Cheerful Spring Border Idea

Ingredients:
Cheerful Spring Addition
Pink Lemonade Cardstock
Cloud Cardstock
Foam Squares
Tape runner
All-Purpose Scissors
Vellum Accents (choose one you that works for you)
Friendship Micro Maker (available wsl)
Scallop Circle Maker

How to Create:
Use a 3″ x 12″ strip of Cloud Cardstock as the base.

Adhere a 3/8″ x 12″ strip of the stripe pattern paper along the right edge, as shown.

Adhere a 3/16″ x 12″ strip of Pink Lemonade Cardstock next to the stripe strip.

Using Frosted Photo Splits, adhere a Vellum Accent to a 4-1/2″ x 3-1/4″ piece of yellow pattern paper. Adhere to the bottom portion of the border, using Foam Squares.

Using an All-Purpose Scissors, cut 4 trees from the tree pattern paper. Adhere randomly on the border.

Using the Friendship Micro Maker, punch 5 flowers from Yellow Cardstock and 1 from Cloud Cardstock. Using the Scallop Circle Maker (with holes) punch scallop circles from pink, yellow and green paper. Use the circle “trash” as the centers for the flowers. Adhere to the border, using Foam Squares.

Finished Size: 4-3/4″ x 12″

Classic Nature Stickers Scrapbooking Border Idea

Ingredients:

Reminisce Summer Addition
Espresso Cardstock
Classic Nature Stickers
Rugged Title Stickers
Corner Maker
Border Maker System
Scallop Stitch Border Cartridge
Foam Squares

How to Create:

Using Espresso Cardstock as the base, cut to 12” x 2-1/2”.

Using the Corner Maker, round all four corners.

Cut an 11-3/4” x 2-1/4” strip of the green pattern border. Round the corners and adhere to the center of the Espresso strip.

Using the Border Maker System and the Scallop Stitch Cartridge, punch a 6” x 1” border from the blue pattern paper. Adhere to the border approx. 2-1/4” from the right edge.

Apply the “Life” sticker to the Reminisce Summer journal box sticker. Adhere over the right end of the scallop border strip, using Foam Squares.

Apply the “Celebrate” sticker above the blue scallop border strip.

Using Foam Squares, adhere the flower stickers. Apply the dragonfly stickers.
